Refund Policy
At Saregama India, we follow a strict no-refund policy.
Once an event booking or payment is confirmed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
In case of event cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may be allowed to reschedule their booking, subject to availability and management discretion.
We strongly advise clients to review all event details and requirements carefully before making any payments.
If any approved refund, Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
